Returns

We accept returns within 6 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The return request is made within 6 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@levantineart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned

  • Special Designs

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@levantineart.com within 3 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
